This workshop, aimed at families, seeks to understand and experiment with one of the processes of image animation: cut-out animation. The activity starts from a script created by the participants, consisting in the production of animations from 2D characters, as well as from cut-out elements of the image, with a painting of the MNSR as background. The workshop will be guided by the director Alexandra Allen, whose film, Foxtale, will be premiered at the festival.
This workshop proposes a dialogue between the films and the works exhibited, working on the works of drawing and painting on display through the moving image.
