Peter Castro presents Marie Antoinette, the film that marked his youth

As in previous years, we invited a personality from the city of Porto to choose a film that somehow marked his childhood and youth.Peter Castro is a DJ, digital personality and events producer, also known for his relevant opinions on topics such as love and politics and chose to present us with the filmMarie Antoinette, by Sofia Coppola. The film will be presented by our guest, who will explain us the reason of this choice and tell us his memories of the first viewing of this work.

The story of the iconic but ill-fated Queen of France, Marie Antoinette. From her engagement and marriage to Louis XVI at 14, through her reign as queen at 19, to her end as queen and consequent fall of Versailles.

The session will take place on Saturday 28 January at 4:45pm in Room 2 of Batalha. There, Peter Castro will welcome the viewers of this screening and reveal why this film marked his youth in some way, and introduce the film.
