The IndieJunior Porto for schools consists of screenings for different age student groups, including preschool, 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles and also secondary school.
Screenings are composed of short and feature length films of animation, fiction or documentary, made all over the world.
The films are carefully chosen to match the interests, problems and inspirations of each age group, in order to establish a communication relationship between the work and the student, leaving room for debate and reflection at school, at home and in life!
Films that make us think! IndieJunior is a festival that helps to develop critical sense and visual and film education from a young age, and that awards filmmakers through the vote of their spectators – students and teachers.
From January 22 to 28, the eighth edition of IndieJunior Porto will take place at Batalha, Almeida Garrett Municipal Library, Casa das Artes, Rectory of University of Porto and Maus Hábitos.
It’s going to be a party!
